Ed Netherton - Chairman
Mr. Netherton has a broad and extensive background in the steel fabrication, machining, underground mining and industrial electrical arena. His expertise comes from 30 years of experience in the mining industry working as either a consultant, project manager or prime contractor for some of the most prominent mining companies and projects in the Western Hemisphere. Previous projects include underground mine construction facilities, various raise liner installations, surface substation and power line design, primary substations and complete underground mine electrical system design and installations. Mr. Netherton has performed numerous feasibility studies for both domestic and international mining enterprises.

Christopher Maus-Director-Product & Business Development
Mr. Maus brings 25 years of Executive Management expertise to the Board. As a holder of numerous patents and CEO of numerous early stage companies Mr. Maus has a proven background in product development, marketing launches of new technologies, capital acquisition and hiring key management for growth stage companies. Currently Mr. Maus is co-founder of LifeNexus, Inc. a Medical Informatics Company. Mr. Maus founded Lifestream Technologies, which became the largest supplier of home and commercial screening cholesterol test instruments. He was responsible for taking Lifestream public raising over $65 million and steered the company to a 6846% five-year revenue growth. Lifestream was awarded the Deloitte Technology "Fast Five Hundred" award, placing 40th out of 500 of the fastest growing companies in the U.S. in 2004 and ranked 120th in 2005. Prior to Lifestream, Mr. Maus created one of the largest manufactures for micro-current T.E.N.S medical devices used in sports medicine and the cosmetic industry, with private labeling products for most major suppliers. Mr. Maus also founded Solaire the largest supplier of indoor sun tanning equipment growing the company to $20 million in revenue in 18 months from inception. Mr. Maus attended the business school at North Texas State University.

Doug Jones - Director
25 years experience in the minerals industry which includes progressive positions at four major mining companies. Doug is currently Vice President of Mining and Geological Services for Pincock, Allen, and Holt. He was General Mine Manager for the large and complex Stillwater platinum mine, in charge of all functions at the mine site. As Mine Superintendent for Newmont Mining Corporations' Deep Star and Carlin East gold mines, he was responsible for all aspects of the mine operations, starting up two underground mines from drill holes to full production. International experience includes positions as Senior Mine Engineer and Senior Project Engineer at the Grasberg, DOZ, and Dom copper mines for Freeport McMoran, including two start-up mines. He was also a mine foreman and engineer for Molycorp's Questa molybdenum mine.
