Ed Netherton, President
Mr. Netherton has a broad and extensive background in the steel fabrication, machining, underground mining and industrial electrical arena. His expertise comes from 30 years of experience in the mining industry working as either a consultant, project manager or prime contractor for some of the most prominent mining companies and projects in the Western Hemisphere. Previous projects include underground mine construction facilities, raise liner installations, surface substation and power line design, primary substation and complete underground mine electrical system design and installation. Mr. Netherton has performed numerous feasibility studies for both domestic and international mining enterprises.

Jerald Harris, CFO
Mr. Harris is responsible for all financial and accounting operations at DEA Inc. His educational background includes: Bachelors of Science, Business Administration - University of Nevada Reno, 1999; Masters in Business Administration - University of Phoenix, 2007; and Masters in Accountancy at University of Phoenix-Online (in progress). His professional experience includes: Director of Finance at Jensen Precast Inc.; CFO/Limited Partner at Sierra Restroom Solutions, LLC & Sweep Nevada, LLC; Controller at Diversified Concrete Cutting Inc; and Senior Auditor at Grant Thornton, LLP.
